Terms of business

• All material on this web site is copyright protected, and may only be used with written permission.
• Telephone calls may be monitored and recorded. When calling, please advise us if you object to this.
• All invoices must be paid on or before the due date. You agree to pay interest charges, debt recovery charges and potentially court costs when invoices are not paid before the deadline.
• We may change terms of service, including prices and features, by giving 7 days notice. For some wholesale services, it is normal for price changes to occur on a regular basis due to currency fluctuations and market conditions outside the control of Ready Technology Limited.
• Notices may be served by email, fax or post to the registered office address listed at Companies House.
• Refunds are only paid at the discretion of management. There is no automatic right to a refund for change of mind.
• Ready Technology Limited only trades with other businesses who have proficiency and skill in the use of the products and services offered. Support and training of the customer's staff is an additional service.
• Ready Technology Limited retains title over all equipment and intellectual property supplied to the client until the client has fully paid for all charges relating to the equipment, intellectual property and any related products and services supplied to the client.
• Where Ready Technology Limited has lawful access to equipment belonging to the customer, Ready Technology Limited is entitled to access that equipment using physical or electronic means for the purpose of protecting Ready Technology Limited's intellectual property rights. Access may be used to relocate the equipment containing the intellectual property, suspend use of the equipment or intellectual property, gather evidence of any authorized or unauthorized use of the intellectual property or deletion of the intellectual property at our discretion.
• Where Ready Technology Limited is in possession of the customer's property, we may exercise a lien over the property while any debt remains unpaid.
• Ready Technology Limited is entitled to charge the customer a fee at full market rates for the time and effort required to enforce our rights under these terms.
• Ready Technology Limited or the customer may terminate any service by providing 30 days notice, unless a minimum contract period is in effect.
